Learn the basics of weightlifting, Hebron style. This camp is designed for 7th-9th grade boys and girls who are interested in learning how to improve their athletic ability by getting bigger, faster, and stronger. Camp attendees will learn how to safely execute the same weightlifting techniques they will need in any high school strength program. This camp is not about how much weight is lifted, rather, this camp is all about lifting correctly to help maximize athletic potential while minimizing injuries.
The camp will be led by Eric Mach, Defensive Coordinator and Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for the Hebron Hawks Football team. Coach Mach will be assisted by former Hebron players who have excelled in the weight room and are familiar with proper form, technique, and program expectations.
